Small actions. Every day. Until they stick.

Habit Builder™ is the core of Learn.net. It takes a behavior you need on the job and builds it one small, repeated action at a time, with nudges, a plan and progress everyone can see.

How Habit Builder works.

  • Nudges grounded in behavioral science

Strategically timed prompts invite one small action at the moment it is most useful, so practice happens inside the working day.

  • Small, manageable actions

Each step is small enough to do today. Repeated, small steps are what become routine.

  • Diagnostic assessment

A short diagnostic shows where each person starts, so nobody practices what they already do well.

  • Personalized habit plans

Every learner gets a plan built from their own results and their role.

  • Progress tracking

Learners see their streak. Managers see who is building the habit and who needs help.

The habit loop, explained plainly.

Every habit, good or bad, forms the same way: a cue, a behavior and a reward, repeated until the behavior runs on its own.

  1. Cue

Something prompts the action: a time, a place, a task about to begin. Habit Builder supplies the cue with a timely nudge.

  2. Behavior

The action itself, kept small and specific so it is easy to do right now.

  3. Reward

A sense of progress: a finished challenge, a longer streak, a badge. The reward is what makes the loop repeat.

Repeat the loop often enough and the right action starts to happen without a reminder. That is the point at which training has really landed.

For training providers: Habit Builder under your brand.

Training companies can white-label the platform and offer Habit Builder programs to their own clients. It adds a habit layer after the course, which keeps learners engaged and clients coming back.
